Workshop | GSA GTI: Navigate Your Way to a Career in Semiconductors
Al is transforming everything from chip architecture to intelligent devices, and systems thinkers are leading the way. Hear insights from an industry leader on how Al is disrupting system design, then learn from early-career professionals as they share real-world challenges, career paths, and the skills that matter most for success.
The Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) launched the GSA Talent Initiative (GTI) to attract, develop, and retain the skilled workforce needed to support the semiconductor industry’s rapid growth, projected to reach $1.3 trillion by 2030.
As semiconductors power innovation across industries, the demand for highly skilled talent is greater than ever. GTI addresses this need by expanding the talent pipeline, creating structured career pathways, and promoting inclusive leadership development.
A cornerstone of GTI is the Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI), aimed at increasing female representation in technical and leadership roles. Aside from WLI we also have GTI University to enhance the semiconductor industry’s visibility among STEM students and professionals through targeted university outreach and engagement.
Through targeted university outreach, career development programs, and efforts to strengthen talent, GTI is shaping a more inclusive, innovative, and future-ready semiconductor workforce.
