Yatis K. Dodia serves as the branch head for Quantitative Methods within ASID in GTRI’s CIPHER lab. His work focuses on the intersections of classical and quantum information theory, machine learning, and computational complexity for applications to cybersecurity. Another core thrust is trusted communications, such as aiming to leverage zero trust principles within 5G networks, and the potential for using robust AI/ML methods for threat detection and optimal mitigation. Previously, he has worked with ion-trap quantum computing and for a large telecom where he was the lead engineer in transitioning to IP-based technologies and standardizing Consumer Edge (CE) network topologies.

Stephen E. Ralph is a Professor with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech. He received the BEE degree in Electrical Engineering with highest honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1980. He received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in 1988 for his work on highly nonequilibrium carrier transport in semiconductor devices. He is currently the director of the Georgia Electronic Design Center, a cross-disciplinary electronics and photonics research center focused on the synergistic development of high-speed electronic components and signal processing to enable revolutionary system performance. He is also the founder and director of the new Terabit Optical Networking Consortium, an industry led communications and information technology consortium. Prior to Georgia Tech he held a postdoctoral position at AT&T Bell Laboratories and was a visiting scientist with the Optical Sciences Laboratory at the IBM T. J. Watson research center. He has widely published in peer-reviewed journals and conferences and holds more than 10 patents in the fields of optical communications, optical devices and signal processing. His current research focuses on high-speed optical communications systems including modulation formats, coherent receivers, microwave photonics, integrated photonics and signal processing. Ralph is an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Electronic Devices. He is a Fellow of the Optical Society (OSA).

Siva is Fouts Family Early Career Professor and an Assistant Professor in the H. Milton Stewart School of Industrial & Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech.

Before joining Georgia Tech, he spent two years in the Stochastic Processes and Optimization group, which is part of the Mathematical Sciences Department at the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center. He received my Ph.D. in ECE from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2014 and was advised by Prof R. Srikant. Before that, he received an MS in ECE from UIUC, which was advised by Prof R. Srikant and Prof. Bruce Hajek. Maguluri also hold an MS in Applied Maths from UIUC. He obtained my B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Madras.

Maguluri received the NSF CAREER award in 2021, 2017 Best Publication in Applied Probability Award from INFORMS Applied Probability Society, and the second prize in 2020 INFORMS JFIG best paper competition. Joint work with his students received the Stephen S. Lavenberg Best Student Paper Award at IFIP Performance 2021. As a recognition of his teaching efforts, Siva received the Student Recognition of Excellence in Teaching: Class of 1934 CIOS Award in 2020 for ISyE 6761 and the CTL/BP Junior Faculty Teaching Excellence Award, also in 2020, both presented by the Center for Teaching and Learning at Georgia Tech.

Wenke Lee, Ph.D., is executive director of the Institute for Information Security & Privacy (IISP) and responsible for continuing Georgia Tech's international leadership in cybersecurity research and education. Additionally, he is the John P. Imlay, Jr. Professor of Computer Science in the College of Computing at Georgia Tech, where he has taught since 2001. Previously, he served as director of the IISP's predecessor -- the Georgia Tech Information Security Center (GTISC) research lab -- from 2012 to 2015. Lee is one of the most prolific and influential security researchers in the world. He has published several dozen, oft-cited research papers at top academic conferences, including the ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security, USENIX Security, IEEE Security & Privacy ("Oakland"), and the Network & Distributed System Security (NDSS) Symposium. His research expertise includes systems and network security, botnet detection and attribution, malware analysis, virtual machine monitoring, mobile systems security, and detection and mitigation of information manipulation on the Internet. Lee regularly leads large research projects funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF), U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and private industry. Significant discoveries from his research group have been transferred to industry, and in 2006, doing so enabled Lee to co-found Damballa, Inc., which focused on detection and mitigation of advanced persistent threats. Lee’s awards and honors include the “Internet Defense Prize” awarded by Facebook and USENIX in 2015, an “Outstanding Community Service Award” from the IEEE Technical Committee on Security and Privacy in 2013, a Raytheon Faculty Fellowship in 2005, an NSF Career Award in 2002, as well as best paper awards in the IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy and the ACM SIGKDD International Conference on Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining. Passionate about quality education, Lee serves on the advisory boards of the Faculty of Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the board of trustees at Pace Academy in Atlanta. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Columbia University in 1999.
